Learn to Sail

Learn to Sail

Welcome to the East Bay Sailing Foundation, which organizes sailing instruction for youth and adults at the Bristol Yacht Club. Each summer we offer a variety of programs with hands-on sailing on a variety of boats.

Our mission is to foster self-confidence through instruction in sailing, seamanship, and racing skills at appropriate levels in a safe and fun environment so that participants may enjoy the benefits of sailing for a lifetime. We encourage an ongoing dialogue among students, parents, instructors, the EBSF Committee and the involvement of anyone who supports these goals.

Sailing is for everyone. Membership in the Bristol Yacht Club or Bristol town residence isnotrequired for any of our Learn to Sail programs.
