Reservations
It is important to reserve and pay early for BYC social events, as they have become increasingly popular. In fairness to all members, we request that you confirm your reservation with payment well in advance of the event. You may cancel up to ten calendar days before the event and receive a full refund. Please respect the fact that no-shows make it impossible for us to allow those on our waiting list to participate in events. Failure to pay for a reserved seat also compromises our ability to meet our commitments to our vendors. Thank you for understanding.
