01:12:19 John Mooney: Are there setback limitations for building placement? 01:13:19 Thomas Dawson: We can verify the absolute need for the sprinkler system. It's driven by the ICC (the building code) and the state & local code(s), and is based on Use Group and Occupancy. 01:13:42 Barbara Petrocelli: Is 12x 22 big enough for clearance using tools? 01:14:06 Barbara Petrocelli: How do we solve this problem now and is this a 65k problem? 01:14:54 Joe Jablonowski: At a recent meeting of the Waterfront Committee, it was mentioned that the current lockers would literally fall apart if they were moved. 01:16:37 Nick Cromwell: Volunteering at the club is fun until the tools aren’t available or there isn’t space to do the work. This would be a great way to support volunteers and could increase volunteer participation. 01:16:47 Jil Westcott: The NE location is clearly within the GIS Bristol RI flood plane map. Can we even get a building permit to build in the flood zone? Should we? 01:17:07 Marti Schwartz: Thank you for looking at this. You mention that there are 50 club vessels that could be maintained in this new facility. I only count 2 BYC boats, the row boat and the work boat. The rest are EBSF owned. So isn't this directly for EBSF and their fleet? Have they been approached to fund the costs. 01:17:10 Dave Guinther: There is a storage shed just west of the members locker area. Has two doors. Would be ideal for storage of EBSF equipment (sails, rudders, etc) during the summer. What has that building been used for in the past and what is the use going forward ? 01:18:29 Thomas Dawson: Are the lockers ever used? I have only on my second year, but have only seen a locker door open once. I say this because this area may be the best spot for a shed/workshop and maintenance building, given it's proximity to the launching dock and ramp. My $.02 01:20:35 Barbara Petrocelli: Nick, makes sense. 01:20:44 Bob Millard: Would the work shed be available for club members to use for there own boat projects? 01:21:21 John Mooney: Is it possible to dress up a couple of shipping containers to use as storage pods around the edges of a workshop structure? 01:22:03 Nick Cromwell: Here Here… Junior and Instructional Programs are critical to the future of sailing 01:27:11 Ruth Souto: Dave Miller also provides services to the Club, not just the members. 01:27:26 Barbara Petrocelli: E funding central. It really gets to the heart of then funding question. 01:28:36 Kristin and Rob Browne: thank you bob. EBSF is YOUR sailing program and it’s providing lots more than just kids sailing classes! we have put BYC J22 racing on the map thanks to nick and also thanks to the Schwartz’s for helping acquire that fleet 01:30:08 Pat Crawford: I would imagine that EBSF would need to assume some financial responsibilty 01:38:35 Pat Crawford: thank you, Bob for your work. Lots of great ideas. 01:40:34 Kate Mouligne: Is there an ability to do two surveys? First one is big picture- what is the project that has the majority interest of the club.. then a second survey to discuss the the details of the favorite projects 01:43:28 Kate Mouligne: Sounds like a good plan! 01:43:41 Barbara Petrocelli: Before Bob closes us out, can I express Bill and my thanks for their leadership on this project, Thank you. 01:43:48 Pat Crawford: are you saying that a project of some sort will move forward, or can all of them be placed on hold? 01:44:08 Kate Mouligne: They are informative- We will watch the video for the one we missed last week. Thank you! 01:44:28 John Mooney: Thanks to both gentlemen for their research and presentations - they were very illuminating! 01:45:41 Thomas Dawson: Thanks Bob! Thanks Nick! 01:45:43 Kate Mouligne: Great job Bob and Nick! 01:46:04 John Mooney: Thanks!
