Take control of your safety and build confidence on the water with this 1-Day Man Overboard (MOB) Workshop on July 26 at the Bristol Yacht Club (110 Poppasquash Road, Bristol, RI). Specifically designed for women sailing with their partners, this hands-on event focuses on the practical skills needed to develop and implement a definitive MOB plan for your crew and vessel. Through presentations, discussions, and gear demonstrations, you will learn the critical mechanics of executing a MOB rescue. You will also get a realistic look at recovery challenges as you practice hauling a weighted, human-sized dummy out of the water dockside. The workshop will culminate in a live, on-the-water MOB demonstration.
